Syntax separately managed accounts are stratified-weight portfolios that can be customized to a specific investor’s risk/return objectives, portfolio allocation goals, and other investment preferences. Investors retain custody of the securities in an SMA account and they offer investors the advantages of directly owning the individual securities.
Syntax private funds are limited partnerships funds that track a specific stratified-weight index. Assets in a limited partnership fund can be commingled with other investors (i.e. called “commingled funds”) or they can be held by a single investor.
